My name is Lori Shank I consider myself a forever student! As I believe that “we” are always learning something new every day!
I am a Hatha yoga instructor since 2013 as well as our restorative yoga instructor for the past nine years.
My most recent passion of four years has led me into the world of vibrational sound healing.
What is vibrational sound, Healing?
Sound healing uses a variety of instruments, including quartz, crystal singing bowls, and Tibetan, singing bowls, soft, drumming, and other percussion instruments to create a relaxing soundscape where your body falls into a state of deep rest and release. The vibrations from the instruments that are placed on and or around the body create tones and vibrations that soothe your nervous system like a massage for your soul feel the energy flow as it assists in the chakra, realigning and releasing stuck energy, bringing back balance to the body. “ Vibrated into Bliss!”
Benefits of vibrational sound healing:

* deep relaxation
* Pain, relief
* Immune strengthening
* muscle regeneration
* Relief from depression and anxiety
