I am a trained as Usui Reiki Master and over the years have trained many others in the tradition.
For myself, Reiki was my gateway back into my Spiritual practice.
My first treatment ever, gifted to me by a friend, was life changing. At first I was apprehensive and a bit scared. By the end, a stillness had come over my mind like I had NEVER known. My head was quiet. That's right mamas! Quiet...
For myself, Reiki opened the door to studies in Colour Healing, Chakra Balancing, Psychometry and Shadow work. And as a sidenote, my mediumship abilities increased 20x. I was now connected. And I was provided, through Reiki mentorship, and the toolkit for wellness that I so desperately needed.
Energy medicines and holistic living are now a focus in my life and I am blessed to not only be sharing these treatments with others, but to be teachings these practices as well.

Reiki, a form of energy healing, is an ancient practice that is used to reduce stress, improve health and quality of life, and support physical and emotional healing. Research suggests that using Reiki as a complementary therapy activates the parasympathetic nervous system to heal body and mind via the relaxation response. Reiki is accessible to everyone and is easy to learn. Practitioners use specific hand positions, held for a few minutes on or near the client’s clothed body.

Full Reiki Alignment - 45min- Investment $100
Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan in the early 20th century. It's based on the idea that we all have an unseen “life force energy” that flows through our bodies. Just as we have a circulatory system for blood, we have one for energy and it can become backed up, closed or slow moving aswell. During a session, I will gently move my hands just above or on the client’s clothed body. The intention is to balance the body's energy, thus reducing stress and promoting healing. A healthy flow of life force energy is the goal. Each 45min Reiki treatment will also include Chakra Balancing and an Intuitive Reading based on your personal needs. Bring your intentions! Want to learn Reiki yourself? Learn how to 'tune into' energy, read auras and develop your healing abilities? Or perhaps you've always been sensitive to energy, to vibes, and now want to learn how to control it.
Usui Reiki is based on specific teachings and traditions. Working with a mentor, you learn to listen and see the unseen. You learn how to tap into the world of Spirit and to bring in healing frequencies through your body.
Reiki has two Practitioner levels and one Master.
Each level is taught to you in a private and safe setting that is infused with energies of support for your journey!
YOU PICK THE DATE & TIME! Whatever works for your schedule.

Reiki Level 3 introduces the learner to the Usui Master symbol to be used in their Reiki practice. Overall, the class emphasizes self-clearing and discernment of the learner’s personal energy field. The exercises introduced develop embodied awareness and intuition.
