Friday the 13th

13 is the most powerful number in the observable universe.
13 weeks in each of the 4 season.
13 lunar cycles each year (that means menstrual too)
13 major joints in our body.

The number 13 has always symbolized the end of a cycle and the birth of another.
The number 13 represents women and our ability to create within our own wombs.
To honour the number 13 is to honour the Divine Feminine that lives within us all and to honour the cycles of creation, death and rebirth.

So where did we lose that connection?
At the last supper Jesus sat with 12 apostles, a total of 13 at that table. And then he died.
Yep that’s the bad luck.

And why is Friday bad? Two reasons…
Friday comes from the Day of Frigg in Norse mythology. Frigg was the wife of Odin, the most important goddess of the Pagan world. And as time went on, it became a day of celebration for Freya, the goddess of fertility, another woman.
The second reason is that Eve ate the apple on Friday. To the powers that be, it seems again that women screwed up.

We are in the Spring.
We are in our season of Rebirth.
This is lucky.
This is a blessing.
