Spirit & Sound:  Celebration of the Spring Equinox

The Village Mystic & Lotus Shanti

We have put together an afternoon of peace, light and healing to support you this Spring Equinox.

We will start with a 30 minute opening circle, to set intentions, to let go of what is too heavy and to disconnect from all that we have been carrying. 

Then lay down, bring your pillow and blanket and Lori will guide you through a Full Sound Bath, with bowls, chimes, gongs and drums.  

After a tea break we will come back together and I, Sarah Foo will share with you the messages your Spirit Team wish to communicate. This is your time to ask questions, share your sound bath experience and open your spirit to receive. 

This entire afternoon is a Celebration of YOU!
